Overview:
Ben Melissa, a construction company with over 12 projects, wanted to keep their customers updated on ongoing developments. Our goal was to create engaging, informative videos that showcase project progress, give customers a sense of transparency, and maintain strong client relations.
Challenge:
The main challenge was to produce videos that feel personal and informative while keeping them visually appealing. We needed to take viewers from the office briefing to the construction site, showing real progress and delivering updates in a professional, yet approachable way.
Process:
- Developed scripts for interview-style videos to guide the narrative
- Supervised filming on-site and in-office, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to the visual concept
- Edited videos with subtle graphic elements, animation, masking, and quick transitions to enhance clarity and engagement
- Maintained ongoing collaboration with the client to follow up on project updates and deliver content regularly

I handled the scripting, filming, and editing of these videos, making sure each update felt fresh and professional. The videos successfully kept clients informed, visually illustrated project progress, and strengthened customer engagement.

For one of Ben Melissa’s premium projects, we created a promotional video highlighting a luxury villa development. The goal was to captivate potential buyers with a visually striking introduction while clearly presenting the location and scale of the project.
Challenge:
The challenge was to craft a video that immediately grabs attention and stands out from typical real estate content, while accurately showcasing the property’s features and surroundings.
Process:
- Designed a strong, eye-catching hook entirely in After Effects to engage viewers from the first second
- Applied camera and object tracking techniques to highlight the exact location and layout of the project
- Integrated subtle graphics and animations to guide viewers through the property without overwhelming the visuals
